Too Many Politics, High School enviroment

- Associate Training is great, they take the time to train you properly before placing you in a Branch - Pay Rate is above any other financial institution -Loan Dept is available for staff and customers everyday

Cons

-Upper Management is difficult to work with - High School enviroment amoungst upper management - Promotions depend on social standing amoungst upper management - Hours and Days are horrible for family life - You are encouraged to provide 100% customer service, but you are held accountable if you do not product dump. - Managers have no idea what they are doing and relay heavely on their Asst. who is overworked and under appreciated

Good Pay, Good opportunities for professional development. Great experience gained from working at the credit union. Great job to use as a stepping stone.

Cons

micro management, politics, lack of following protocol and procedures which causes glitches in day to day operations. Lack of separation between work and personal lives.
