Business Outlook
Pros
Large level 1 trauma center. Good experience. It gives you the experience of a large hospital. There are a lot of nice people there.
Cons
Staff is not appreciated. Benefits are not great. You will not have health insurance when you retire. They do not mach your retirement savings. Raises are given yearly with your evaluation, up to 5%. Unfortunately the managers are advised to only give a top raise of 3%. Anything above that must be approved by administration.
