This organization cares even less about their patients than their employees.

Pros

Great work hours, ability to work at satellite locations or the main hospital, free bus passes for CDTA, and plenty of pizza parties to show appreciation for their frontline workers.

Cons

This organization cares about absolutely nothing but money. Their Human Resources Department is just as useless as their Practice Managers and Practice Coordinators. Management seems to know nothing about patient care, and promotions are based on which of your relatives was previously a doctor at the hospital.

Pros

Level 1 trauma center. Some nice coworkers. Health insurance was good.

Cons

This was the most hostile work environment I ever encountered. HR is will always side with a bad manager rather than a good employee. I was happy when I left this place.

Pros

I would say that it is a pretty easy enough job. Benefits are good, and for the most part the atmosphere is relatively friendly. You always have bad apples when it comes to employees but mangement does the best they possibly can.

Cons

A lot of concerns with the way patients treat staff get swept under the rug. If you're a POC a lot of microagressions or racist comments from patients get chalked up to "having a bad day". There also isn't a lot of room for upward movement.
