      1. Work load is persistent and thus work life balance tends to go for a toss at times 2. No RSU options making the benefits poor as compared to other companies 3. No yearly bonus options

      Affordable insurance, pension. That's it!

      Cons

      Hours cut whenever corporate decides to be greedy, changing schedule, horrible new Store Director who has run store into the ground, bottom feeder workers who can't show up for their shifts, out-of-touch corporate "leadership."
