Management was unprofessional. You never knew if you were working your day off until the day before. People would be called off while driving to work, and told to turn around so they could come back the next day on their days off. Supervisor had their favorites who were their friends outside of work and their mom who is a production employee, and now a lab person. Supervisors look and target people to fire and think it’s funny they are firing people to make them unemployed. HR is petty and won’t help with anything.
