They care very much about making money for corporate

Cons

Bottom line concerns outweigh concerns of the customer Short hand staff to detriment of the customer Poor leadership at the top that micro manages branch leadership to the point that they can not properly serve the customer Lack of understanding what it takes to properly develop technicians to make them strong assets in the future.

- good support team - good benefits -good management - compensation can be daunting, but if you are worth it, the money is there. - great experience. You get to learn a ton.

Cons

- Lots of work, and too few good techs around. so every person is slammed with work. -Work is in NYC. Lots of traffic, and using the trains can be suffocating
