Cool People to work with and that's about it.

Cons

I have never seen jobs so upside down in my entire career and everyone just pointing the blame at someone else with no accountability. It was the sales blaming the estimator blaming the tech and back up the chain. Some days I just laughed because it was hard to believe this company was in business. They actually bid and win jobs saying they are expert certified in a scope when after they win the job they send people out to get certified. Seriously! Too many red flags to discuss but knew it was a bad opportunity and left for a more legit company.

There really isn’t any pros working for this company besides most of the people are nice. And somewhat flexible hours.

Cons

Lies, lies, lies. Management is very far over their heads and do not know what they are doing. HR They bite off more then the can swallow without hiring help. Leads to poor quality all around and at EVERY level. Tools and general equipment needed to do you’re job are non existent. AX Start up company feel, they change things constantly month to month and day to day. No training High Churn rate. Office is extremely unsanitary and infested with bugs.

There aren't many pros to list but overall the people are friendly. For the most part the company seems like they have good intentions.

Cons

- Lack of communication from management. - Special treatment for employees related to upper management. - Huge rounds of lay offs within the company. - People are constantly worried to lose their job. - Feeling like you're just a number. - Benefits not so great. - Management not honest about company performance. One week they will tell you everything is okay and the next week they are laying people off. - Pay does not compensate you for what they expect you to do. - Everybody is too busy to help, mainly because they try to overload people with multiple jobs. Squeezing the most they can out of people without the pay to match.
