Cons

Each individually acquired company comes with it’s own original culture and processes. It takes time to create a fluid culture across all division.

Large company so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Procedures in place. They really have good people all along the way to guide and teach you. The senior accountant I answer to is always so patient.

Cons

The accounting software is very glitchy.
