Cons

Everyone is a pair of boots to management. They would rather hire someone instead of training employees who have put in the time and are ready to commission or program. Let’s go of half of every company they buy out.

Incredible benefits and retirement. Company is fairly laid back and willing to work with your schedule when situations arise.

Cons

ZERO training. You are thrown into projects and have to learn on the fly; or be left behind. Whatever they tell you about your job description in the interview, throw that out of the window. You scope will change on a whim with little to no warning. They promise you tools, but take months to come in (plan accordingly).
