Great work environment with very helpful coworkers. Lots of room to grow and advance.

A lot of the work is rush and needs short turn around times which can be stressful.

Pros

If you’re newer to the industry, this is a great first place to work. Their training program is excellent and everyone is willing to answer questions and help you figure out what you need to do. You have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple scientific disciplines, which is amazing, especially if you’re just starting out. I’m still new but I can already tell I’m going to be here for YEARS at least.

Cons

The environment can be intense at times. Come willing and ready to learn.
