Pros
Getting paid, though the pay is low in comparison to other companies. 401 could be a bit more generous! DO NOT accept a salaried offer. You will not get compensated for your time.
Cons
Classic kiss up/kick down culture. Very high staff turn over. Draconion managment style from the last ice age. Many customers are angry through some of the worst project managment leadership (i say leadership, its more shouting with no coordinated planning by dictaitors!) have ever seen. Multiple fake reviews to try and up the rating, they know they are in it knee deep from a HR persepective. Beware of "no cons working here". Advice to HR, at least make an effort to write a belivable fake review. (Cant even get that right!)
