Pros

Working here exposed me to more opportunities for research than I ever thought I would encounter. It felt like every day, there was a new opportunity to join a research team that was focusing on an exciting development in the medical field. I loved it.

Cons

Sometimes I was almost overwhelmed with how many opportunities there were and all the people I could network with. I’m fairly introverted, so I definitely needed to take space for myself at times to process everything that was happening.
