Pros
Learn how not to run a chemical company. Lower level employees develop good relationships with each other due to their shared struggle.
Cons
statements "sometimes it's better not to know" drive a bad culture ... This is a toxic unsafe culture, management doesn't care about safety of their people. The company is a revolving door for young professionals who need some experience on their resume before they move on to better opportunities/companies. Even leadership positions are revolving door due to the amount of people leaving causing more/unreasonable amount of work on the people that are capable of doing their job... Steer clear!
