Pros

Learn how not to run a chemical company. Lower level employees develop good relationships with each other due to their shared struggle.

Cons

statements "sometimes it's better not to know" drive a bad culture ... This is a toxic unsafe culture, management doesn't care about safety of their people. The company is a revolving door for young professionals who need some experience on their resume before they move on to better opportunities/companies. Even leadership positions are revolving door due to the amount of people leaving causing more/unreasonable amount of work on the people that are capable of doing their job... Steer clear!

Once upon a time there were Pros when leadership could relate to people and knew how to relate to people.

Cons

New leadership has gone from worse to horrific. A culture of immediate blame has been generated and fostered by leadership. It has seemed like a horror show, a race to the bottom. Everything seems backwards. Workers solve problems and are solving problems at all levels, they are not the problems.

None, they over spend on client lunches so usually there is food left over. Benefits are getting better, medical is decent but not compared to industry

Cons

No work life balance, stress is through the roof and management is crazy and paranoid. They micro mange your life inside and outside of work
