-Within the industry their services are probably towards the top in terms of quality.
Cons
Where does one even begin? I have never felt more defeated and trapped in a workplace before. No room to grow, very little interest by upper management in career advancement. Every month its the same story, trying to get as much work out the door as possible. Overtime is expected instead of increasing staff. A few big wigs just trampling all the little people.
