Pros

Employees feel like one big happy family. Everyone is very supportive of one another. It’s a fast-paced environment so it helps to have someone you can lean on. Knowing that I’ll always have someone to watch my back makes working at Alcami that much better. Management invests in their staff. The staff invests in one another. It’s a beautiful harmonious cycle.

Cons

Not going to lie. It’s a demanding job. The struggle is real but it’s doable.
