Great place to get experience right out of college.

Cons

Unless you love working for an unorganized mess I would get your experience and leave. We have a master production schedule that changes on a daily basis and everything is a priority. So nothing is. Management is terrible and only likes the employees that can say yes even to a task that cannot be done.
