Good place to gain experience with different lab techniques and equipment, coworkers are nice, growing company, job is stable, beach is right down the road.

Cons

Salary is well below industry average. There are no incentives to work harder than anyone else because it is not rewarded appropriately.

Growing company, lot of opportunities, great people (analyst), management is looking to improve, decent pay for the area, good benefits

Cons

Growing pains, cramped office conditions, upper management have little time with company, computer systems are slow buggy and really annoying, the safety lady is out of control and makes your job very difficult with impractical and overly cautiously practices.
