Great people in Massachusetts, but poor leadership elsewhere

Nice people Good HR Great leader running the Massachusetts site.

Cons

The Massachusetts sites are run well. The North and South Carolina ones are run by a bunch of clowns. Owned by private equity. CEO is from the Stone Age and thinks that only people with collage degrees should be hired even for entry level positions that are low pay. The pay rises are 6% lower than the cost of living increases. The bonuses are a joke. I got better bonuses when I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts. They burnout their good employees.

Wilmington site was close to beach and airport Very good Quality Assurance team and tracking Few people are genuine and nice

Cons

1. No trust in the team, Anyone can stab you 2. Many legacy teammates who have been born, brought up, and creating bad culture 3.These QC supervisors (few) are machines and dont have any ABCD of science but running science. 4. Management only care about $$, Quality: awawaw...aw.. 5. HR: one of the best
