Pros

You won't be homeless if you work here.

Cons

I cannot even begin to put into words how screwed up this company is. The culture is so abusive and fear-driven. Priority #1 is making a profit, at the expense of your mental health, physical heath, personal life, and safety. Not only does that affect you as the employee, that affects the customers as well, and ultimately the patient. Projects are extremely rushed by stressed out employees, with many corners being cut all in the name of that $$$. The only ones that benefit are the ones at the top who get a fat paycheck. The rest of you will be left with no dignity, and probably PTSD if you are smart enough to get out.

A Soul Sucking Experience

Pros

There are abundant opportunities to laugh at the incompetent site/executive management, watching them try to run a company is akin to seeing a daily stand-up comedy skit. You’ll undoubtedly get your fill of laughter imagining and discussing what half-baked stunt management will pull next and watch in amazement as your wildest ideas come true. Simply put, once you accept incompetence as the norm you will never run out of things to laugh at.

Cons

There are too many. Lying is rampant. You will be specifically instructed to tell abhorrent lies to customers, if you don’t, prepare to face the consequences. Not even going to get into the amount of lying to employees that occurs. Fundamental scientific principles are ignored (or maybe not understood…) in favor of wild goose hunts. Every day is complete chaos as management changes priorities almost daily, be prepared to be told “X” is top priority and then the next day be scolded and lectured about how “Y” and “Z” didn’t get done and are also “top priority”. Fear based motivation and leadership leads to employee turnover that is through the roof, company is incapable of retaining talent. Leadership makes it known that their philosophy is that all employees can be easily replaced. Managers have no ability to identify the strengths of individual employees and leverage those strengths into niche tasks/roles that can benefit the company. They see no individuality in employees, to them an operator is an operator, an analyst an analyst and a chemist a chemist. Ignoring the unique skills, experiences or areas of expertise that each employee has leads to poor utilization of talent. Extreme micro-management is burdensome and limits employee performance. It brings to mind a Steve Jobs quote “it doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.” … some advice that might be worth remembering. Meetings, pre-meetings and pre-pre-meetings make it almost impossible to get work of any value done. METRICS. Everyone’s favorite. Metrics are a useful tool, when applied correctly. Unfortunately, the metrics here 1) largely make no sense 2) most are cumbersome and useless 3) even when useful metrics exist, they are completely meaningless because management will insist you fill a document with complete nonsense to ensure the metrics look good. It is sad, but unsurprising that such a useful tool is so wasted and overdone. You will spend more time tracking metrics, than actually performing the task the metric is tracking. Management would rather blame anyone and everyone than address any of the issues in this or other reviews. Management is morally corrupt and vindictive. Upon putting in notice expect to have your character and future employer aggressively attacked. Honestly, this place just treats employees like crap. There is so much I haven’t even addressed that is horribly wrong. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

You will experience the most dysfunctional incompetent work experience ever. No company is worse than this. If you put aside the physical and mental abuse you will endure, you can find laughter in how corrupt the place is and that they still have business or employees.

Cons

ABUSE!!! Would not be surprised if they were shut down. No work life balance. You will be called an idiot and stupid on a daily basis. No support because turnover, they don’t replace people once they leave (not that anyone wants to work here) and so revenue focused which can be a HUGE compliance risk when companies sacrifice quality for revenue. Benefits are awful. HR is corrupt, so don’t think you will get any help there reporting the abuse and torture you will be subjected to.
