Cons
Analysts are the bottom of the totem pole at this company and treated like minimum wage retail workers instead of intelligent individuals with high levels of education who are critical for operations. The culture has gone from work/life balance with flexible schedules to entering time by the minute and having it compared to badge swipes. Coworkers are virtually not allowed to speak to each other any longer, and upper management will quickly make everyone feel as though we'll all be fired if we so much as smile. In the past year, the joy of working for a company that used to feel like a family has turned into feeling like a mindless robot with no importance or value. I don't know a single employee in the lab who feels valued or happy any longer. The work culture has turned into a silent depression filled gloom.
