Pros

Alcami has been very good about providing opportunities to learn chrome, mass spec, and general chemistry techniques especially if it is vocalized by the analyst. Good support from management and easy to follow test procedures. Over time pay available for hourly employees. Enjoyable work culture and people!

Cons

Compendial testing can be more difficult and pay is not as great as what you could make in other cities and states. However this is more of a Wilmington issue and less of an Alcami issue as they do pay well for the area.
