Understaffed due to a large influx of new work.

Being assigned certain managers can practically be a nightmare. As I was a contractor at Alcami my contract lasted a little over a month. Training felt rushed and pieced together, when you didn't know the right answer you were hard pressed and asked *are you a good fit?*. As a new contractor this hostility felt unfit for Alcami. Not being given notice upon termination. I get that companies can do that but for Alcami? As a growing company you should take pride in your workers as much as your work. How would you like it if it was common place for coworkers to no-show when they find another position. Same logic in all honesty. Not taking my 2nd 30minute break. In my department we rarely if ever had time to take a second break. Often times Fedex, UPS, World Courier would come in at even 4pm during the end of our shift. If we were lucky we would be able to fit in our 30minute lunch and taking it during lunch was during our busiest times! (most companies have two 30 minute breaks).
