Pros
The people that work there made it worth going into that building everyday. Though some days you weren't allowed to talk to each other. The fact that you can work on several different projects was enjoyable.
Cons
I'm not sure where to start. Weekend work is required at least once a month (the holiday months are special, there are two weekends required per month). If you are salary, you can get a verbal Comp day when you work the weekend but only if you work a minimum of 8 hrs. If you work less, then you do not get any compensation. The last week of the month is blacked out, you are not allowed to do anything after work nor take days off. Expect to be at work from 8am until about 9pm to 10pm during that time. Most mornings start with hearing an executive member using foul language towards another person that you can hear across the building. You will be degraded about once a month by the director. You can expect every month to be behind on 'revenue goals'. Which is then your fault and you have to make up for it by working overtime without compensation. When you do decide to leave, you will be further degraded in order to make you feel like you will not be good enough to work at another place. One year is about all you need to learn the basic skills for the job and then take it somewhere else.
