Pros

Salary, Benefits and commission was fair. Decent product.

Cons

Inexperienced Management. 1 manager for every 5 sales reps which is unnecessary. Also not enough leads. 1 hour sales meetings 2 times a week to go over pipeline and 1:1 once a week to, again, go over pipeline. Worst micromanaging I’ve ever seen.

They have the best culture here. Lots of benefits. Amazing in office benefits, health benefits, you name it. Very easy to open up to anyone and meet even the executives. Managers have a heart and care about your needs and goals and want you to succeed.

Cons

Sometimes the application can be tough to support due to the issues at hand that they are fixing. It has gotten much more smoother as far as the application goes, but there are still moments of down time etc.

Growth presents opportunities and I regularly see team members given the opportunity to learn and grow through new roles. Our leadership team provides transparency is how we operate the business in good times and in rough times, by providing context and answering the hard questions.

Cons

Sometimes the answer is, "We don't know," but the commitment is always to figure it out. Sometimes that's by testing and learning which can be uncomfortable.
