Very intelligent and innovative workforce. Management encourages you to use your talent and skills to improve the processes and work environment. Every day I come to work, I see a lot of very talented and capable men and women working hard to grow the company and to continue to take care of all employees, from the newly hired to the long-term tenured staff. Very competitive salary and benefits. No micro-management. Always a very positive outlook on work-life balance.

Despite some of these reviews, from an employee that has been with Alchemer for 2 years, I do see a company that goes above and beyond to help its employees by providing numerous benefits and exercising transparent communication. I have collaborated with the CEO on numerous projects and have found him to be an attentive listener, with helpful feedback and a very positive attitude. This company continues to evaluate various policies and processes and tries to find ways to collaborate to make things more efficient on a regular basis.
