Pros

Alchemer continues to grow and invest in the current economy. We are very proud of our team, and their focus on our customers, at a time when listening to customers and employees is critically important. Come join a team that embodies our core values; (a) heart for service, (b) be curious and (c) find a way. Every employee has a stake in the business we are building together!

Cons

This is a place for people who thrive in an environment of change and evolution.

Pros

Great benefits, lovely people, culture shifting, leadership changes! DEI&B committee reinstated, new sales leadership, upward feedback processes coming. Transparent about future acquisitions, smooth onboarding and helpful friendly IT department

Cons

Not centrally located, legacy approval procedures still in place that lack efficiency and feel like red tape
