Pros

From day one, I've been impressed by the communication (which rare in a company) and how well organized the company is. The positive, friendly nature of the majority of employees is refreshing - people seem happy to be here and understand their part in team and company-wide goals. The company also provides endless snacks and meals 4x/week, which is amazing. Their benefits are excellent, along with surprising perks. I am paying much higher premiums here, but the coverage is still better than my husband's employer, though not as good as my former employer. The perks as aforementioned, are great! Despite my short time here, there have been a number of internal promotions, which is encouraging to all. I love how they celebrate everything here and make being part of their organization fun and meaningful. I have heard nothing but positive feedback about our HR team, which is rare. Our team is helpful, fun, approachable and knowledgeable. The VP of HR is friendly, fair, receptive to ideas and input, and is genuine. I enjoy working with my team so much! It is evident employees feel we are here to help them and can come to us with questions or issues.

Cons

They're in Louisville, which is not a central location.

Pros

-Benefits were above average and pay was fair -The People that work here are awesome -Made some lifetime friends

Cons

- Lack of trust-Senior Managers don't trust their team and Employees do not trust the Senior Management - Talk of the Office is that Management is constantly writing fake review on Glassdoor to hopefully attract high caliber talent, which is a major morale killer. (I do understand why you do it, but just stop) - High Turnover - Slow Career Growth (If you new someone in the ranks prior to joining you are in good hands. If not, promotions are unlikely)

Pros

There's a lot to love at Alchemer. The people are among the smartest and hardest-working I've met. It keeps me on my toes. I like always learning and growing, and this place certainly enables me to do that. My manager is communicative and candid. She's been supportive of my growth over the past year and I really feel like I have a career path here. I have a lot of faith in the leadership. They've made difficult decisions and I think they generally make the right calls. They are at least open and honest about the business, more so than many other places I've worked. And holy cow, do they feed us well. I gained 20 lbs in my first six months (not recommended).

Cons

Some people don't like change and things can change quickly in our business. Sometimes that rubs people the wrong way. The other main con presented in other reviews is about managers, which is pretty normal. Mine is great, so I don't have any issues. I could see where a bad manager could certainly be an impediment to good work though.
