Pros

The CEO has enough energy to go around the entire company. He’s an inspiring person to work under but that also means he expects you to perform at a high level. Not easy, let me tell you, but you’ll learn all sorts of new and incredibly useful skills along the way. I loved every minute I worked here and would go back in a heartbeat if my circumstances were a little bit different.

Cons

This company can turn on a dime and you’ll be forced to adapt.

Pros

Alchemer has cultivated a true team environment. Management listens to employees and will take action on suggestions that benefit the organization. The pay is decent enough and I can’t complain about the benefits. We could always use more but it’s competitive for the industry so it wouldn’t make sense to complain. It’s been a pleasure and I eagerly look forward to the future.

Cons

You will have a lot of responsibility on your plate.

Pros

From the beginning of my conversations with Alchemer, the people got me more excited each time. Great group of people to work with! The culture is casual but professional. If you like to work hard/play hard - this could be a great fit. The company is small enough to have visibility and make a difference! We're growing, so there's tons of opportunity and the outlook for the business is strong. Yes, the benefits are great too, but that came as a last perk for me. The job and role itself with the ability to work with and for great people was a huge attraction. The autonomy you're given is a huge advantage as well. Executive leadership gives fairly detailed insight to employees about the direction and happenings of the organization on a consistent basis.

Cons

If you like a consistent environment with little to no change, this isn't the place for you. We are growing - there are growing pains. Change is constant. If you can roll with it, you'll be fine. But that environment isn't for everyone.
