Pros

A good company. There are lots of opportunities to move up. Also plenty of lateral moves and education. Management is supportive

Cons

Lots of hours. You do not get the time you put in back. You are expected to be on call 24/7

Pros

If you work hard, you get rewarded

Cons

As with most large corporations, there are politics depending on which department you are with. Also, with the company splitting, futures are uncertain.
