Pros

A lot of machines and instrumentation to work with. Will sometimes have ice cream truck and food trucks come on site. Safety first work place. 401k matching.

Cons

Most co-workers operate in a "me first" or "cover your own behind" mind set. Management has a tendency to play favorites. Little structure to how work comes in or how it is distributed. Company is trying to spit into two, by eliminating positions.

Pros

It had a stable business outlook with good benefits and a great work / life balance. Top management was great and a good company to work for.

Cons

There was a low opportunity to contribute and the company is incredibly risk averse, so there is no real opportunity to try new things. Middle management was stifling.
