Pros

Operations and plants: -Still has blue chip values, high attention to quality, integrity, and employee development -Above average pay and benefits. -If you are proactive you can shoot to the top fast (mostly because others are not very ambitious) HQ: -luxury offices, above average benefits. -There are still some exec's who are top notch. eg. CFO

Cons

Operations and plants: -so much room to leverage resource and technology -slow to act on opportunities HQ: -Diva culture with senior exec's parading their ego and constant infighting. Busy building bureaucratic empires and inflating titles to hide incompetence -turf wars. -ceo seems like nice guy but either cant control the turf wars or ignores them. -middle managers in HQ are following exec's example, so another generation of divas is in the making.
