Pros

Values-based company. Desires to do the right thing. Generally very good people across the company. Consistently ranked as best metals company. Compensation generally competitive. Paid well to work hard. Very results oriented.

Cons

Despite cost cutting, downsizing, right sizing, triming capacity and a host of other things - stock has nothing to show for it. If you enjoying building power points and revising them many times just to change colors, font size, position of text, etc you will enjoy working here. Seem to live quarter to quarter.
