Pros

Above average salary and benefits. With few exceptions, employees are above average and really fine co-workers. Current endeavors to transform from a metals company to a innovative high-tech engineering company may be successful.

Cons

The epitome of unapologetic corporate greed. Perpetual cost-cutting measures are placed squarely on the backs of employees. Their stated "Corporate Values" are little more than lip-service. Well-concealed discrimination of older workers
