My overall experience is 20+ years and I have been working at Alcon for over 3 years .I want to say that the company's work culture is excellent. I get the full freedom for contributing my creative ideas in to the product design .The management encourages and organizes expensive team building / leadership trainings for the benefit of their employees . The compensation benefits are also excellent. The company has provided excellent emotional/moral support to their employees during the global bad times .They have proved at many times that they care about their employees very well .Few such examples are during the pandemic and wild fire times. Overall a best company to work with.
