Pros

The people I work with directly are very nice and fun to work with. The pay is pretty good for what is expected of us.

Cons

It is very disorganized and seems that things are not planned out very well here. We just switched to a new system and it has been a disaster. The transition was not handled well and before I can the operators and upper management were at each others throats over the new schedule forcing people to work weekends. As a result, many of the experienced operators quit and now we don't have many folks who are well trained.

Cons

growing pains means experienced people can't leave their positions because they are stuck training all the new hires. Limited career growth in multiple departments.
