      Pros

      This is the fastest growing company I have ever worked for. I have many coworkers that have been here for years. Great atmosphere, caring managers, so many fun activities happening every month.

      Cons

      Can't get enough new staff fast enough.

      Pros

      The business itself is growing rapidly and there are many personal growth opportunities through the growth stage if you seek them out. Ultimately, the people are the best part; managers and teams are supportive, and people in every department are driven to make a difference. Being based in Fargo is awesome too!

      Cons

      If you aren't someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Aldevron may not be the right fit for you.

      Pros

      The company is growing very fast. There is a lot of opportunity for advancement but you have to be vocal about what you would like to do. The organization structure is not traditional. It will be a good fit for some and not for others. I was able to work with top scientists around the country on new therapies. Good financial bonuses and other perks.

      Cons

      The real Aldevron organizational chart is quite flat and not a good fit for everyone. To get things done you sometimes have to go right to the top otherwise decisions are slow. While base salaries are good for Fargo they are low when compared to the entire biotech industry.
