Decent pay for the area. Decent benefits, could be better to compete with other companies in the area. Opportunity for growth with all the new positions.

Cons

Negative attitudes from a lot of people. Poor yearly raises, even if you exceed every "goal". Lots of hours worked past your shift (could be a pro, some like the overtime). So many new hires, current staff are getting burnt out trying to run production and keep on top of training. Daily we are out of something that is essential to do our jobs - not provided the tools needed to be efficient and timely with our work. Breaks aren't really a thing for production, don't work in production if you can't go at least 6 hours without a bathroom or snack.

-good GMP experience -nice co-workers -decent pay for no previous experience

Cons

Upper management sucks. Training is inconsistent and when mistakes are made due to these inconsistencies it falls on you. Operators are over worked and not appreciated at all. Please be aware that this job is stressful and draining. If you are hoping to get GMP experience and dip, this is the job for you. If you are looking for long term, run and don't look back--there is a reason the turnover rate is in the 30% range.
