      Aldevron has competitive pay for Fargo and offers as much work as you are willing to take on. There are some good people doing good work keeping the company moving forward

      You will learn biological science manufacturing and some of the cool things they make.

      Everything else If you were about to apply to Aldevron Fargo stop what you're doing and apply some where else. Wait one, maybe two years for their parent company to fix their problems. All of the negative reviews are real. Some of the details are off but the issues are real. Issues with roll out of a new inventory management system Double digit attrition and loss of senior staff Lack of training Lots of overtime Grew faster than was sustainable Management stretched thin Inter-department issues
