good place to work, very cool company

Cons

pay could be better, impossible to get a full bonus or perfect yearly review. Company plays it off like it is doable but nobody every does, my boss says you have to walk on water to get one

Pros

It’s great experience for a new college graduate! Everyone is so kind and the benefits are great and affordable. I’ve had the pleasure working with amazing individuals.

Cons

Most of the employees do not have a college background in science. They are still knowledgeable about the subject to be a good employee, but I feel as though they lack the overall appreciation and understanding of it. (Would probably be why the reviews are not as good as they could be.)
