We do not want any of those words associated with Aldevron. I'm sorry it was not a good experience for you. We have multiple avenues for employees to raise ideas or concerns to leadership. We encourage employees and managers to work through challenges at the department level but if that doesn't resolve it more senior levels of leadership will participate to find a resolution. Challenges come up regularly in a rapidly growing company. We strive to work through them respectfully and in collaboration with employees and supervisors.
