Build meaningful work relationships with like minded people, understanding leadership, continuous process improvements, your voice is heard, small teams, fun activities to engage employees to come together and socialize.

Cons

Expanding so quickly that the technology isn't keeping up, lengthy process of doing things, not very lean, hard to get promoted or advance, minimal raises, core-values seem to value profit instead of mental and emotional health of the employee.
