      Pros

      All employees are valued deeply and work very well as a strong and very smart team. The projects are diverse, challenging and fulfilling, even when fast paced. Feeling proud to be with the company as it gains momentum and grows.

      We're shooting to have your first sentence be simply "Outstanding place!". Regarding the culture, like may companies we have 4 generations of people working at Aldevron from Boomers to Millennials. Regardless of generation, people have their unique communication styles and preferences. I like your comment about management by email because it is a reminder that we must evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and use multiple approaches to ensure everybody is tuned-in and hearing the messages. Thanks.
