Good co-worker friendship. Flexible when time off needed.

Cons

Upper management is very secretive. Mid management is very fuzzy. It is difficult to see or know what exactly the structure is. Management style is very old-school. What is said/emailed doesn't seem to match what is actually done or how things actually are.

Coworkers are what keep the place alive and filled with humor Pay is decent for the area Intriguing areas of science

Certain departments have employees who display a bad work ethic and take advantage of the chaos Operators and technical leads are overworked more often than not Upper management (personnel above managers) continues to be slow in addressing the negatives of the company that employees have voiced Communication between associates and those remedying problems only occurs once a plan is finalized rather than informing everyone that a solution is being worked on. Upper management getting annoyed at employees asking about countermeasures that were promised and never being informed about whether they'd be implemented until 6 months later Retention issues due to bad operator work ethic, scant accountability in certain departments and overworked operators
