Pros
Analytics team is filled with some of the most talented folks I've worked with. It is always good to have a team that lifts you up and creates and environment where you can learn everyday. The mission of the company is admirable, and best I can tell everyone is fully behind it.
Cons
The company is young, so some of the data models and infrastructure is not completely mature. Definitely need an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to roll with a bit of chaos in order to succeed here.
