Pros
You get to work from home. It’s definitely a remote job. They have the option to work in office if you are local and they have food on some days for you.
Cons
Management has poor communication skills and will continue to lead you down a path to your own failure at the company. There is a lot of unprofessionalism since they seem very prideful and will retaliate if you say/do anything that wounds their egos. They call meetings to tell you not to worry about your job as your coworkers slowly disappear and your team gets smaller and smaller. Revolving door.
