Aledade is a true unicorn in terms of culture and commitment. I have never worked in a place so thoroughly committed to mission and constant alignment. Individual and team goals and roles make sense because alignment is top of mind as policies and procedures are developed. Training is well done and improved on an ongoing basis to ensure all team members are well prepared. Training is focused on function as well as on how to play well in the sandbox of life. Good humans run the organization and good humans work here.
