-great coworkers
-people really want to do good work
-chance to create something interesting with real and positive impact
Cons
-management doesn't seem to know how to pipeline
-when work goes away, awesome people get laid off, even when they were doing great work
-management communication is really terrible, makes morale low when we're living in confusion
-pay too low given comparable work elsewhere
Work-life balance is great. People are brilliant and giving and great to work with.
Cons
Not very able to forecast when there will be work. Communication from management could be improved. The combination of these is scary for employees. Could pay better.
Flexible hours, 9/80 schedule, every other Friday is off, friendly coworkers, typically there is cooperation between departments
Cons
Inconsistent communication from management. For awhile we had regular company meetings, but during tough times, when we needed those meetings most, they were very scarce.
