Pros

-great coworkers -people really want to do good work -chance to create something interesting with real and positive impact

Cons

-management doesn't seem to know how to pipeline -when work goes away, awesome people get laid off, even when they were doing great work -management communication is really terrible, makes morale low when we're living in confusion -pay too low given comparable work elsewhere

+ Work can live and die with the contracts with clients + There were lots of layoffs and contracts that were not extended due to the above con

Pros

Owners who never think they are above any of their employees. Emphasis on not just working, but also having a personal life. Flexibility regarding time off for personal pursuits and interests. Casual and relaxed working environment.

Cons

Pay is not always competitive with other companies. At times it appears the wrong people earn more money than the people who deserve bigger salaries. More sick time and vacation time should be granted. No parking.
