Dear Alephian, It's saddening to hear that you did not enjoy your working experience with us. However, we would like to clarify that what you have aforementioned is not fully representative of the work culture at Aleph. Due to the nature of the business and client's requirement, some of us might have to work over the weekends for delivery purposes. However, they will be fairly compensated with off-in-lieu should they need to do so. Unless there is any serious escalation, a con-call will not be required at wee-hours. Also, we would like to think that it is unfair to us to your claim that the positive reviews are fake just because you had a different experience. Please note that employment experience is subjective but we are definitely working towards in cultivating a better experience for all. We hope this will help to clarify your misunderstandings of us.
