Pros

- Fast-tracked my career: projects with exposure to key MNC accounts and C-suite executives - Loose but effective mentorship: we are trusted to do our best work - Embraced hybrid/remote work early on and evolved a healthy/fun culture around it - Camaraderie between team members: we all genuinely want to do our best and help each other/ learn from each other, while circumstances may change from individual to individual, everybody is trying their best

Cons

It does not come easy: I've worked the longest hours in my career but it was my own choice to take the opportunity to learn more and achieve more.
